Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is officially getting its much-rumoured reboot.
After a so-so reception to Black Ops IV, Call of Duty is back in the hands of developer Infinity War.
The new trailer focuses solely on the game’s new campaign stressing, “the rules have changed.”
Players take on the role of lethal Tier One operators alongside a diverse cast of international special forces throughout iconic European cities and volatile expanses of the Middle East.
The trailer even teases a team-up with “some old comrades.”
Classic multiplayer will of course be back, and it’s likely that we’ll see that at E3.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is due to launch worldwide on October 25, 2019.
